Change Gearbox Oil on Toyota Corolla

Today, you will learn how to change the gearbox oil on a Toyota car. We have taken the Toyota Corolla as an example, but the procedure is the same for all vehicles from the same manufacturer. First, open the filler cap of the gearbox housing (see video), then the drain plug. Both holes need to be opened to avoid vacuum. Collect the used lubricant in a container and close the lower hole. It is recommended to use original Toyota 75W90 manual gearbox oil. For filling the oil, it is advisable to use a manual pump. Insert THREE LITRES (3l) of oil and fill the housing through the filler hole with a hose. Close it well and good luck.
