How to Replace the Daytime Running Light Bulb on a Toyota Corolla

This guide shows how to replace the daytime running light bulb on a 2010 Toyota Corolla. The first step is to open the bonnet and position yourself in front of the headlamp you wish to work on. Simply unscrew the bulb connector counterclockwise and remove the assembly. By pressing the black lever on the connector, you can extract the bulb and the bulb holder; it is advisable to perform this operation without a screwdriver to avoid damaging the plastic. The replacement is very simple; just align the new bulb with the connector and push it into position. Insert the bulb holder into the headlamp and screw it in clockwise, ensuring the piece is properly seated. At this point, the operation is complete. The bulb model is the Sylvania 9005.
