As shown in the video, start by removing the lower lateral plastic using a plastic lever in the slot. Do this both at the height of the front and rear seats. At this point, also remove the plastic protection on the central pillar and unscrew the bolts that secure the belt mechanism. Also remove the stop at the height of the mat and unscrew the bolt here as well.
