On all new generation vehicles, it is possible to deactivate the audible signal that alerts the driver and/or passenger that they are not wearing their seat belts during the car journey. On a 2021 Toyota Corolla vehicle, to deactivate the seat belt signal, you need to turn on the instrument panel. Then, you will need to press the MENU button on the onboard computer and select the "SETUP" option. Proceed by selecting the BEEP ON option from the general menu, and this will deactivate the signal. To reactivate the audible signal, select the BEEP option again, but this time you will find it labeled as OFF, and by doing so, the signal will activate again.
