Replacing the Remote Battery of a Toyota CHR

In this brief video tutorial, learn how to replace the remote battery of a Toyota CHR. To start, extract the physical key from the remote. Push the release lever at the bottom of the remote and pull the metal ring towards you. Now, use the key to carefully lever inside the gap created by removing the key, and then open the remote in two halves. Once opened, replace the battery by simply removing the old one and inserting a new one; the required battery for this model is a CR2032. After replacing the battery, close the remote by joining the two halves and refitting the physical key.
