Replacing the rear headlight on a Toyota 4Runner is a very simple and quick task. Let's see how to proceed in this tutorial. Start by opening the trunk and then open the access panel located at the back of the headlight to be replaced. Use a plastic trim tool or a flathead screwdriver, being careful not to damage the interior. Once done, remove the two nuts with a 10mm socket wrench and pull the headlight out of the body by pulling it outward. Finally, disconnect the connector and proceed with installing the replacement by simply following the reverse procedure.
