To change the Toyota 4Runner battery we start by opening the bonnet, loosen the negative pole of the battery without removing the nut, remove the cap from the positive pole, loosen the positive pole of the battery without removing the nut. At this point we can remove the bracket that holds the battery in place, removed the bracket, remove the battery, remove the plastic plate, clean the battery seat and the battery poles, clean the plastic plate, put the new battery in its seat, screw the bracket that holds the battery in place and screw the positive pole nut again, not before having removed the pole protection cap, replace the cap covering the pole and screw the positive pole nut back on.
