To manually reset the service light that appears on the instrument cluster of your Toyota Prius, follow the steps outlined in this mini guide. First, turn on the ignition and ensure that "Trip A" is displayed.

To do this, press the "Trip" button located on the right side of the steering wheel several times. Now, turn off the ignition again.

Locate the button at the top of the dashboard and hold it down. Restart the ignition by pressing the start button twice in quick succession and wait for the reset to complete.

Finally, release the button.
