To replace the taillight bulb on a Toyota Hilux, lower the tailgate of the cargo area to access the side screws securing the taillight. Once these screws are loosened, you can pull the taillight out from its housing and disconnect the connectors at the back. This will allow you to remove the circular cover at the back and pull out the bulb inside; after removal, insert the new bulb, connect it, and secure it in place.
