To program a new key for the Toyota Tundra, follow these instructions carefully: 1) Enter the cabin, leave the driver door open, and close all other doors; 2) Insert and remove the new key; 3) Repeat step 2; 4) Close and reopen the driver door; 5) Repeat step 4; 6) Repeat step 2; 7) Close and reopen the door two more times; 8) Insert the key, this time without removing it; 9) Close the door without reopening it; 10) Turn the ignition on and off; 11) Remove the key; 12) Press and hold the unlock and lock buttons on the remote for two seconds; 13) Release and press the lock button for another two seconds. Congratulations! Key programmed!
