Door Lock Replacement

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp10 - Years 1999-2005

To replace the door lock, first remove the panel by unscrewing the fixing screws and disengaging the clips along the edges. To completely remove it, disconnect the window switch connectors and the internal release lever cable. Then, disconnect the lock cable from the external handle by opening the plastic clip, disconnect the connector, and remove the window guide located just behind the lock. Finally, remove the three fixing pins of the lock itself from the door and proceed in reverse for the installation of the new one.
