How to Replace the Timing Belt on the Toyota Land Cruiser

To replace the timing belt on the Toyota Land Cruiser, you must completely remove the engine from its housing. Loosen the bolts that secure the engine block to its mounts, disconnecting any connectors and hoses. Now, locate the belt at the front of the engine: by loosening the nuts that secure the pulleys and the one that secures the tensioner, you can reduce its tension, completely removing the belt from its position. This will allow you to insert the new one, reassembling all previously removed components.
