First, go to the back of the vehicle, then press the small button located on the inner pillar of the headrest and remove it. Once the second headrest is also removed, open the tailgate and locate the two indicated knobs. At this point, simply pull both knobs towards you and lower the two seatbacks completely. To restore them, just return them to position and press them firmly against the wall.
