In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the heater core from the Toyota Hilux, a task that requires disassembling several components. First, remove the two glove compartments on the passenger side, then take out the evaporator and disconnect the associated hoses.

Next, remove the center tunnel panel on the driver’s side, the air vents, the center console trim, and pull out the radio. Continue with the various ducts and disconnect the radiator hoses located in the engine compartment.

At this point, all that’s left is to remove the radiator box and extract it.
