How to Reset the Maintenance Light on a Toyota Prius C

This video shows the procedure to reset the maintenance light on a Toyota Prius C. First, get in the vehicle and turn the ignition key to the first position to power on the instrument cluster without starting the engine; then turn off the ignition and remove the key. Reinsert the key but do not turn on the ignition this time. Now, use the buttons on the steering wheel and press and hold the trip button for a few seconds; turn the ignition back on and you will see the mileage flashing. Release the button and the operation will be complete.
