Remote Key Battery Replacement

Model: Toyota Verso MK 4 - Years 2009-2018

Replacing the remote key battery is very simple: on the back of the remote, there is a small slot where you can insert the tip of a small screwdriver to separate the shells; once the remote is opened, locate the battery compartment, take note of the battery's position, and remove it from its seat, cleaning any oxidation from the contacts and inserting the new battery while respecting the polarity orientation; after placing the battery, close the remote shells by snapping the tabs back into place.
