Replacing the battery of the Toyota Highlander remote control, as we can see in this tutorial, is a very simple and inexpensive operation. To do this, we will need a replacement battery of the CR2032 type and a small screwdriver with a flat tip. First of all, we remove the emergency metal key by holding down the appropriate side button, then we separate the two halves of the remote control by prying with the screwdriver in the indicated slot. Once we have done this, we extract the internal circuit, remove the old battery and insert the replacement one, being careful to respect its direction.
