First, lift the bonnet; the battery is located on the left side of the engine bay. Use a socket spanner to remove the fasteners of the upper plate that secures the battery.

Then, disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive. After that, remove the battery from the engine bay and position the new one, reconnecting the positive terminal first and then the negative, and finally reattach the screws of the upper plate.
