If the timing belt light on your Toyota HiLux (2005-2015) stays on even after you have replaced it, don't worry. Below are all the necessary steps to eliminate it permanently. First, make sure that the "ODO" display is visible on the instrument panel. Then, turn off the ignition. Press and hold the button located at the bottom of the speedometer while you turn the ignition back on. As soon as a small number appears on the display, press the same button multiple times until you see the number "10". Finally, press and hold the button again until the reset is complete.
