If the front headlights of your Toyota 4Runner suddenly stop working and the bulbs are in good condition, check the status of the respective fuses, whose location is shown in this video. As demonstrated, they are located in the fuse box inside the engine compartment on the driver's side, labeled F1, F2, F3, and F4. If they are blown, make sure to replace them with spares of the same specifications, namely 7.5A for the first and 10A for the others, and always work with the vehicle turned off to avoid any damage.
