Resetting the Service Light on the Toyota Hilux

As the time approaches to change the engine oil on the Toyota Hilux, a warning appears on the instrument panel reminding you to perform the service. After changing the oil, you need to reset the control system. While seated in the driver's seat, turn on the instrument panel. Using the button located at the bottom left of the speedometer, select "trip A" on the central display. Turn off the panel, press and hold the button, then turn on the instrument cluster. A scrolling bar will appear at the bottom of the central display; when it is complete, the reset will be done.
