Here are the instructions to remove and reset the airbag light on the Toyota RAV 4. First, open the bonnet and disconnect the battery by unscrewing the terminals; then, get inside the vehicle and remove the plastic cover of the centre tunnel, also removing the gear knob, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the airbag module by disconnecting the electrical connector underneath; this will reset it, and apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
