Follow these steps to open and close the main and auxiliary glove compartments of the Toyota RAV 4. First, get into the vehicle and pull the glove compartment lever on the passenger side to open it; you can also lock it using the same key as the engine ignition. There is an additional smaller glove compartment above the main one; to open it, simply press the button on the left. To close it, lower it until it clicks into place!
