Replacing the Suspension Arm

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp90 - Years 2005-2011

The suspension arm of the car connects the chassis to the struts. If it becomes deformed or worn, it needs to be replaced as it could lead to a dangerous loss of vehicle control. It is not a complicated job and can be done independently without the help of a mechanic. Lift the car with a jack and then remove the wheel from the hub. Using two spanners, detach the stabiliser link from the arm. Once the joint is removed, you will see the suspension arm secured with bolts. The new arm should be fitted by reversing the procedure.
