How to deactivate the anti-theft system of our car

This video explains to us in a general way how to deactivate the alarm of our car, without indicating a specific model. Generally, these systems rely on a transponder, contained in the key of our car, which communicates with the ECU, letting it know that we are in possession of the key; however, this communication sometimes fails, and the car does not unlock or start. We are then given some suggestions to overcome this inconvenience: by putting the key in the door, and holding it in this position for about 20 seconds, the problem is generally resolved. In fact, the car has time to recognize it. Another method is to disconnect the positive pole of the battery, and leave it like that for about 15 minutes.
