How to replace worn brake pads? Let's look at the disassembly of the front or rear pads. Lift the vehicle on a column lift to the desired height, then remove the wheel using a telescopic wrench and the bolts. Unscrew the locking bolt of the brake caliper and remove it from the wheel hub bracket. Use a screwdriver to detach the pads from the caliper of the wheel hub. Take the new pads and begin fitting them onto the brake caliper. Refit the brake caliper with the bracket onto the brake disc and tighten all the bolts. Refit the wheel and screw in the securing bolts.
