How to Reset the Oil Light on the Hummer H3

If you have just changed the engine oil and filter but notice the warning light, don’t worry as the issue can be easily resolved with a quick reset procedure. Once inside the cabin, turn on the ignition and fully press the accelerator pedal three times in quick succession. Finally, turn off the ignition and you’re done. If there are any errors during the procedure, you can simply repeat it by turning the ignition off and back on. From the next start, the warning light will no longer illuminate.
