In this video tutorial, you can see how to reset the oil change light on a Hummer H3. The first step is to perform maintenance on the vehicle, such as changing the engine oil and filters. After completing the DIY maintenance, get in the vehicle and engage the handbrake, insert the key, and turn on the instrument panel while keeping the engine off. The oil change message appears on the display. Press the TRIP button for the trip mileage until the oil life appears; at this point, hold the button until it flashes and alternates between RESET and oil life; keep holding the button until you hear three beeps; turn off and restart the engine to verify the correct reset of the oil life.
