If you need to open the seat of this scooter and the battery is completely flat, follow the instructions provided in this description and also refer to the video. Insert the key and press the ignition switch, which will open the drawer located on the floor of the scooter.

Inside this drawer, there is a lever that you need to pull to open the storage compartment located at the rear of the scooter. Inside the storage compartment, closest to the seat, there is a release mechanism that you must pull.

This will allow the seat to open manually, and you're done.
