To check for a refrigerant gas leak in your vehicle's air conditioning system, follow the instructions provided below. For this test, you will need a gas cylinder filled with nitrogen and a pressure gauge. Connect this cylinder to your air conditioning system using a hose and, with a leak detector, start testing the area around the compressor, radiator, and all pipes. When the sensor detects the presence of the inert gas, it will emit a sound, allowing you to locate the leak.
