In this video tutorial, we can see how it is possible to replace the starter motor on a Burgman 400 scooter, following some simple steps that will allow you to work independently. The first thing to do is to purchase a new starter motor (original spare part) from a spare parts dealer. The next step is to remove the underseat and seat piston to work better. Remove the air filter cover and remove the air filter and remove it from its housing. Unscrew the bracket bolts and remove the bracket; unscrew the grounding screw, then unscrew the starter motor fixing bolts; tap the starter motor to remove it better. Once the starter motor is removed, you can proceed to install the new starter motor, following the reverse steps.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo
