If the ABS Light is On, the Sensors May Just Be Dirty

In this video, we see that sometimes we rush to change parts when it is sufficient to clean them and put them back. When the ABS light comes on, we often assume we need to replace the sensors, but very often the sensors, which are located in a place where they can easily get dirty, just need cleaning and can be reinstalled more efficiently than before.

To remove them, access behind the wheel, disconnect the electrical connection, and then unscrew and extract them from their housing. The dirt that accumulates can falsify the signals sent to the control unit.

A bit of WD-40 will be helpful. Then simply screw them back in and reconnect, and the light will turn off.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
