In order to replace the convertible top of the Volkswagen New Beetle, you need to partially lift the top so that you can access all the rivets that secure the fabric lining to the opening and closing mechanism. Once the rivets at the top have been removed, you can proceed to remove those at the bottom, so that you can completely detach the lining of the convertible top. At this point, you can insert the new lining around the mechanism, ensuring it is secured with clips and checking that everything functions properly.
