How to remove the front grille of the Volkswagen Golf 7.5 GTI

In this video, we will see how to remove the grille from the Volkswagen Golf 7.5 GTI. This process differs from the original MK7 grilles, as these need to be pulled forward to be removed, while the MK7 grilles had to be pulled upwards. First, remove the two T25 Torx screws on the sides, then carefully release the clips from the sides without breaking them.

Once all clips are out, pull the grille towards you and disconnect the electrical connection of the front radar sensor. To reinstall it, align the clips with the protrusion on the bodywork and gently snap them into place (but remember to reconnect the radar first).

Then, replace the two Torx screws and you're done.
