How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Up?

To reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Up, enter the cabin and press the button on the right side of the instrument cluster that reads "0.0/SET". While holding this button, turn the key and switch on the ignition, noting that "INSP" will appear on the display and the maintenance interval will start flashing.

When the light becomes steady, release the button, confirming that the Service light has been successfully reset.

You can verify the reset by turning the ignition off and back on.
