First, open the boot lid, then locate the bolts on the upper edge of the bumper and unscrew them using a Torx key. Next, unscrew the bolts accessible from inside the wheel arches, grasp the bumper from one end, and pull it towards you to separate it from the frame.

At this point, simply position the replacement part if necessary and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
