Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015

The steps illustrated in this guide will show us how to disassemble and replace the crankshaft pulley of the Volkswagen Touran 2.0 TDI. First, we open the hood of the car and start by disassembling and removing the alternator belt, loosening the tensioner with a wrench; then we proceed with the disassembly of the alternator pulley, unscrewing the central bolt, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new pulley, then replace the alternator belt; we reassemble everything and manually rotate the pulley to ensure the correct insertion of the belt.
