Today's information will show us how to disassemble and replace the timing belt of the Volkswagen Up 1.0 TSI. To access the timing belt, it will be necessary to first remove the air filter box and the air intake hose, by unscrewing the fixing screws; then we lift the car and remove the crankshaft pulley and the V-belt, as shown in the video.

At this point, we remove the engine support to access the distribution cover, removing it; we then replace the timing belt, taking the necessary references.
