How to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Passat key remote control.

The following information will show us how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Volkswagen Passat key remote. First, we take our remote and begin to extract the physical key from it; then we lever on the slot created to open the remote in two parts, thus accessing the battery, as shown in the video. Now we remove and replace the battery with a new one, of the correct type (in this case a CR 2032 3V); we insert it in the correct direction and reassemble the remote, inserting the physical key last.
