How do we open the door of our car when the remote battery is flat? Let's see in this video how to maintain a Volkswagen Tiguan. Take your remote and press the button to release the metal key. Once extracted, use it to pry into the handle space until the piece detaches. Insert the key into the lock and open the car door. To close the lock: take the cap and press down on the handle until you hear the locking click. Replace the remote key battery as soon as possible.
