We see the disassembly of the steering head on a Volkswagen Golf 5 Series. We place our car on a column bridge, we lift to a comfortable height to intervene. We unscrew the pins of the wheel with a telescopic wrench or compressed air drill and pull it off, then, we begin to unscrew the pins of the head with a socket wrench. We unscrew the pins under the head and the stabilizer bar, pull the same way away from the car body with our hands. We mount the new steering head and screw it with all the attached pins. Finally we mount the rim with the pins and test the correct functioning.
