Replacement of the ambient temperature sensor of the Volkswagen Golf

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf IV, MK 4, Golf 4 - Years 1997-2003

Below we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the ambient temperature sensor of the Volkswagen Golf. First of all, let's move to the front part of the car and start by removing the plastic grille of the fog light, on the left side; inside we find the temperature sensor, where we will disconnect the electrical connector to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we replace and install the new ambient temperature sensor, making the connection and verifying the operation; finally, we reassemble the plastic cover.
