Today we will list the steps to replace the battery of a Volkswagen car remote control on your own as shown in the following video. The first step is to press the button on the top of the remote control to remove the emergency metal key inside. The second step is to insert the key into the side to open the remote control. The third step is to remove and then insert the new CR2032 battery. The fourth step is to close the remote control and insert the emergency key inside.
