To reset the "Service" light on a Volkswagen Atlas, start by turning on the instrument panel without starting the engine. Once you have entered the correct section, select the option to reset the maintenance interval. To confirm the operation, hold down the confirmation button on the steering wheel for a few seconds until the system indicates that the reset has been completed. At this point, the "Service" light will turn off, indicating that the vehicle has recorded the new maintenance interval. After performing the reset, it is advisable to turn off and on the instrument panel to verify that the light does not come back on.
