How to remove the front door glass on a Volkswagen Passat? Follow these steps: using a plastic lever, remove the covering plastics of the door located on the left door; undo the screws present under the handle and around the door panel with a screwdriver. Detach the door panel from the metal frame, then disconnect the window regulator and speaker connectors. Remove the adhesive panel protecting the glass and undo the glass from the track (as shown in the video). Slide the glass out with your hands, allowing it to move out of the door track. Reassemble the pieces as they were disassembled previously.
