Today we will see the instructions on how to remove and replace the timing belt of the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TDI. First, we open the hood of the car and start by removing the coolant reservoir and the engine support, unscrewing all the fixing screws; we lift the car and remove the lower cover, disassembling the right front wheel and the fender. At this point, we disconnect the V-belt, then remove the crankshaft pulley; we remove the distribution cover to access the belt, replacing it with the new original one.
