Learn how to remove and fit the external handle located on the door of a Volkswagen Golf Mk4. Insert a special metal key into the slot on the door (side panel); use a plastic lever to remove the cover of the handle located to the right of it. Extract the lock from the door, then slide the handle out from the car's body, compare it with the new handle, and prepare for installation.

Insert the new handle with the lock and its cover into the door (screw the bolts on the side of the door).

Finally, test the correct installation and operation by manually operating it.
