Let's see how to remove the external handle located in the door of a Volkwagen Golf 4. After removing the door panel: unscrew the locking pins (of the handle) located above the door (side plate) with a metal key, remove with a plastic lever the cover of the handle located to the right of the same. We extract the lock from the door, then, remove the handle from the sheet of the car, compare it with the new handle and get ready for assembly. We insert the new handle with lock and cover in the door. Finally we test the correct assembly and operation.
