Remove the Cabin Ventilation Fan from a Volkswagen Golf Mk5

Remove the cabin ventilation fan from a Volkswagen Golf Mk5. The cabin ventilation fan is located directly under the dashboard: remove the plastic rivets securing the fabric cover under the glove compartment with a screwdriver; unscrew the securing screws on the fan cover. Once this is done, pull off the cover with the fan after disconnecting the power cables. Clean the fan as necessary (disassemble the fan and its parts). Finally, reassemble the previously removed fan and all its components under the glove compartment. Check the voltage regulator and its proper functioning.
