Resetting the service on a Volkswagen Passat, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure that all scheduled maintenance tasks have been completed.

Start by entering the cabin, then insert the key and activate the hazard lights. Next, press and hold the "0.0/SET" button located on the right side of the dashboard, simultaneously turning on the ignition, and in the menu that appears, select "OK". Finally, restart the vehicle and check that the reset has been successful.
